DEBT COLLECTION: TRADE DEBTS

Johansson Solicitors will help you with those debts that you thought were too hard to tackle, so that you can continue focusing on your core business.

We focus on debts over $3,000.00.

Debt collection agencies may not be able to provide a solution for you that goes far enough.

We often find that a solicitor’s letter of demand or a quick summons can often encourage a debtor to pay.

We can recover your debt in five simple steps:

  • We can give you an honest assessment of your success in recovering the debt for free!
  • We select all possible parties you can sue for the debt.
  • We send a letter of demand for a set fee, and if the debtor pays we also charge a small sliding-scale fee.
  • We can check out the asset position of the debtor, before suing, if you wish us to.
  • If we end up suing the debtor and he does not defend the claim, we can get judgment against them and we will only charge you the court scale fee plus any out of pocket expenses.

    • We have a special fee plan, designed to contain your cost exposure.

    COLLECTING MORE COMPLEX DEBTS
